Delivery
The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the following countries:
- zone 1: all countries of the European Union within 4 to 6 weeks;
Delivery is free from 1000€ purchase.
- zone 2: United Kingdom within 5 to 7 weeks;
Delivery is free from 700€ purchase.
- zone 3: Switzerland within 5 to 7 weeks;
Delivery is free from 800€ purchase.
- zone 4: Australia, Canada, China, South Korea, Hong Kong, India Israel, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, United States within 6 to 8 weeks.
Delivery is free from 1000€ purchase.
- zone 5: Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates within
6 to 8 weeks.
Delivery is free from 1000€ purchase.
Returns and Refunds
The Customer must inform the Seller, in writing
(email or post), the non-conformity of the Products or the existence of hidden defects from their discovery.
The Seller will reimburse, replace or repair Products or parts under warranty deemed non-compliant or defective.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced price and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.
Refunds, replacements or repairs of Products deemed non-compliant or defective will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 working days following the Seller's observation of the lack of conformity or hidden defect.
This reimbursement can be made by transfer or bank check.
